Open Data Release: Hi‑BITS Simulation Parameters for CIGS Devices

Hi‑BITS has published two open datasets on Zenodo containing detailed simulation parameters for Cu(In,Ga)Se₂ (CIGS) solar cell modelling.
These resources are intended to accelerate research reproducibility and empower the community to build on Hi‑BITS simulation workflows.

Available datasets:

  • General CIGS device simulation parameters — a comprehensive set of inputs used for performance modelling across multiple device configurations.

  • Ultrathin and bifacial CIGS simulation parameters — focused on bifacial and ultrathin device geometries, including SCAPS optical modelling inputs.

These curated parameter sets provide a foundation for researchers to reproduce, validate and extend numerical studies of CIGS and bifacial architectures. We encourage their use in simulation‑driven design and comparative studies.
